I also forgot to mention my CPU Cooler is plugged into LED_C2, which in the RGB Fusion software there is an LED_C1 RGB control option, but when I change it nothing happens. There is no LED_C2 option in the software.

Do you mean as in seperately or I shouldn't be able to change it at all?
