    Should still be fine. If you experience any stuttering because the CPU is reaching 100% usage, try to shift the load onto the GPU by turning up your settings.

    The best xeon you motherboard will support is a xeon 5160. It's a dual core and not really worth the hassle. This is something I would do as a side project but never in my actual main PC.

    Most likely the slow single channel RAM. You should get 16gb of 3000+ MHz memory. Running 2400Mhz Ram compared to 3200Mhz decreases your performance quite a bit. And running only a single stick decreases it even further on top of that.

    The 7500 probably can't handle most games at over 100FPS, so upgrading to something better is your best bet. You could cap your fps until your CPU doesn't reach 100% usage. Alternatively increase settings/resolution until you shift the bottleneck to the GPU.

    is your RAM configured in dual channel? Also with 8gb you may run out of memory if you have too many background tasks open which would result in stuttering. What about temps and usage on CPU. GPU and RAM?

    Are you running a 2200g? What PSU do you have? Depending on what kind of PSU you have, you could buy somehting better than the 750 ti for the same price. Just to be sure, It's not a laptop, right?
