Its not malware I have been experiencing this as well lately and have not narrowed down which driver or software update is causing it.

CPU fan doesn't sound like its properly synched with the CPU I would send it back and explain the issue. Also your clock speed is above what it is supposed to be did you oc this? If so remove the Overclock value

If your oc that's the first clue so bring it back down to stock not everything can be over clocked, regardless of what you read.

Get a bigger UPS. Games always pull more power due to the constraint they have on a system. Watching a video is no constraint , nor is music.

Read what the first guy suggested, did you over clock your CPU yes or no? Vram is Video ram hes talking about the extra cache of ram all cpus come with. Cpu gets to hot it shuts down your machine because its to hot to run, if you did over clock your Cpu i would set it back to the standards...
