I had the same problem, when i turned on my pc, the "Boot devide led" stay red. I fixed it changing my windows; first i put it a windows 10 not original... It was the problem! Then i changed the windows to the original, CONGRATULATIONS!, The problem was fixed So i fixed the problem...
