Checked BIOS and all USB are enabled and set to Legacy Enabled. Also tried Boot with nothing connected then connected a device and still nothing. Looks like gonna have to do a clean install. Any ideas how i can backup files when i cannot connect any usb external drives?

Suddenly after a restart all USB ports black/blue or whatever no longer seem to detect devices when in Windows. Confirmed USB keyboard and mouse work during boot and when entering BIOS, but as soon as Windows start to load, keyboard and mouse go dead. No other USB devices seem to be detected...
