    Motherboard selection

Ivy Bridge CPUs get hot very quickly when overclocked. That means that if you want to overclock it to a level where you have to increase the Vcore, you also need to invest in some decent cooling. You will need a K-series CPU and a Z77 or Z75 motherboard if you want to do overclocking. So I...

    AsRock Z77 Error 53

The memory module could simply be faulty. And you might want to check if your CPU is supported by the BIOS version that is on your board. You can find a BIOS version printed on a sticker on the BIOS chip.

    ASRock h55m-le Graphics Card Compatibility

The memory on your motherboard is controlled by the CPU. The memory on the graphics card is controlled via the GPU. There is no direct link between these two. You can use any combination.

AsRock z77 Extreme4 -- I need your help! (New Build)

If the fans are spinning but the debug LED is not giving any code at all, so not even 00, then either the 12V connector is not plugged in, the motherboard/CPU/PSU is faulty, or you might have some bent socket pins.

    ASRock z77 extreme4 - No Video

You could test the monitor on another system. Maybe the graphics card that was returned from RMA has messed up your monitor somehow.

    Initial posting probs only..pls help!!

It could be temperature related. If you test the memory modules individually and it only happens with one of the modules, then maybe there is some micro fracture in this module.

Higher fsb ram with lower fsb cpu - good or bad?

Maybe you can set a higher Memory Clock or DRAM Frequency in BIOS. It depends on the motherboard/chipset. Which motherboard do you have? And what is the model number of the memory modules?

USB 3 front panel to Z77 Asrock extreme4 connector

Your motherboard has 4 USB3 ports on the I/O panel, and a USB3 header on the motherboard. With the chassis that you have, you are supposed to lead those cables outside the chassis and connect them to USB3 ports on the I/O panel. Here is some info: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1950/5/

Why is my drive missing on my new motherboard?

I agree, definitely check the jumper settings on your IDE devices. Try another IDE cable as well. And you can also check the connection of the power cables, make sure they are plugged in all the way. In the BIOS under Storage Configuration both devices should show up.

    Can't wake up my monitor

If you are using an SSD, then try disabling "Check Ready Bit" in BIOS.

    ASRock h55m-le Graphics Card Compatibility

I am pretty sure that this H55 motherboard can handle any PCI-e graphics card. It has a PCI-e 2.0 slot, so if you would use a fast PCI-e 3.0 card in it, it will run at PCI-e 2.0. That should not influence the performance too much now. Maybe with future faster graphics cards the PCI-e 2.0...

Need BIOS setting for KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX Asrock Z77 Pro3

For the memory best use either BIOS default setting, or load an XMP Profile in the BIOS. And like Nikorr mentioned, it could be anything incl PSU. If you have another decent PSU or if you can borrow one, it is worth trying.

Calling all ASRock Z68 Extreme 7 Gen 3 OWNERS. slow booting

If the ASMedia SATA controller is set to be bootable in BIOS, then booting might take more time. Best is to connect your boot drive to one on the SATA ports connected to the Intel SATA controller, and set ASMedia SATA Controller as not bootable. You can also check if the Primary Graphics...
