There was a massive number of sub-par capacitors used in many monitors and TVs a number of years ago. I found 5 bulging ones on my Samsung monitor power supply board. The board is single layer, and it was trivial to replace the capacitors. Works like new.

Turned out that it was the most amateur attempt at a setup program I have ever seen. EVGA should have done much better. Their setup doesn't upgrade, so it should tell you to uninstall first. It doesn't, it tries to go on, then screws it up totally. Uninstall/reinstall fixed it.

Using EVGA Precision v2.0.4 Core clock and shader set at 590/1296 but graph reads 400/799 Memory clock set to 999, but graph on the monitor reads 297 I change stuff, hit apply. Only thing I can change is the fan speed. This used to work.
