    It's just that with the 1070 I seem to be constantly under 60fps with a lot of newer games in 1440p. I hope the RTX 2070 would fix that.

    I 'd like to upgrade my GTX1070. But I'm undecided what card would be the best values (bang for the buck) to justify the investment. I play in 1440p and as long I get 60fps with Very High or Ultra Settings. Thanks!
