yes thank you my laptop is an HP Pavilion 15-cw1000ny Bios and drivers are updated before win11 i had win10 which came with purchase, later when win11 came available in windows update i installed it, but as i remember correctly laptop froze with win10 also. yes maybe i have to look into...

hello....i have a problem with HP Pavilion laptop (approx 5 years old)....the sound starts crackling in laptop speakers after 10-15 minutes while listening something ,but with usb connected headphones all is ok....i did refresh install of windows yesterday but problem persists and in taskmanager...
