My PSU is a brand new 650 W BeQuiet Pure Power 12 M, which I bought to power the new GPU. I don't think it is a PSU problem, unless I didn't fit the 8-pin tight enough or something. No signs of malware, either, I installed the OS not two weeks ago, so everything is still super fast and smooth.
