Could have sworn that they said the 750 and 750 ti would've still been supported, but I guess not. Thanks for the help though. I'll definitely try out the 10xx series and 16xx series.

The R7 260x worked in other PC's (when it wasn't working in this PC, I put it in another, and I got output). The model of the PSU is the Aresgame AGW600 (I also tried it with a Rosewill LC-8500BTX with the same problems).
