Uhmm.. I installed it? what I mean by downgrade is that windows 8 is a higher version right? :/

The first time I bought my laptop, It was running well. It runs dota 2 in 40-50fps (Medium settings) and 30-40 (High/Max settings). There are no problems when it comes to running other games too. I am using Windows 8 that time btw. But when I tried to downgrade to windows 7(Lagging at desktop...
