Hello, I have an old HDD that has windows 8 on it. im planning on using it on my current pc that has windows 10 in its current drive. if i was to plug the old HDD in would it boot to windows 10 or windows 8 and if their is a problem with just installing the old one. how would i fix it?

hey all i am planning to buy ( ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1060 Mini 6gb ) my current specs are -i7-4770 -amd rx 550 4gb -12gb ram - PSU (465w) Now i looked at the recommended power supply (400w) and power consumption (120w). but im afraid that im pushing my PSU to its limits. Will my PSU be ok?
