Ok so I think this has been fixed! IDK what I did, my computer sits on carpet, I haden't cleaned it in a while. So I vaccumed the entire area around the computer and my desk. Everything seems fine now, perfect audio. How strange is that!? :)

I can try those, but I highly doubt that is the cause. This is the same thing on 2 PCs that i've had. The first one I didn't even have realtek drivers installed when it started happening.
