I reset my HDD and happy to report the jumping fps issue seems to be gone, however I wasn't able to pinpoint to what it was exactly that was causing it.

One thing that i want to get across is that Windows does load the first time as well, BUT it crashes a few seconds after loading the login screen. Then when I restart it does the PXE loading, and loads windows without crashing.

I think the system has "fastboot", at least that's what I think its called, I cannot seem to get into the Bios settings, leaving me quite useless at the moment...
