I downloaded a program called UltraMon which seems to not impact my PC gameplay very much when using it to mirror to TV. But the TV quality of the game isn't brilliant. What do you mean split screen? You mean use a 1 DVI to DVI/HDMI splitter? So I plug both monitor and TV into the single DVI port on GPU?

Hey guys I got it to work. I disabled crossfire in my Radeon Settings, plugged my TV HDMI into 2nd GPU, restarted PC and set duplicate display on 1 and 3 and it works. It's really jsut for watching stuff from my PC on TV so I won't need crossfire enabled. I will re-enable crossfire when playing...
