After some more research I found out that this is a 'Current Sense Resistor' sometimes called a 'Shunt Resistor.' It has a resistance of .005 Ohms and connects to the board with 4 terminals. I had a difficult time finding one on Google but easily found one on Ebay. Hope this helps you if you...

Hey guys, I found a blown resistor on my GPU. It says 'R005' on it as do others(see pics.) I need help identifying which resistor to buy and where I can pick one up (Radio Shack?) Google searches on the 'R005' were a bit ambiguous.
