I make it and now i have little bit better fps, but still its bad... other ideas?

For everyone who type my cpu or ram holding me back... I see so much bench videos with SO MUCH fps (like 300fps in csgo) with 8gb ram and same cpu (amd fx-6300 | 3,5Ghz TB 4,1Ghz) So i think, cpu or ram its not a problem here.
