You said you know its powered but did you plug in the power cables to it??? it requires probly 2 x 6 pin pcie power cables from psu......

Ok did I see stock intel cpu cooler........... Number one the 770 will push the cpu because it can take more data at any given time then the 560 by a long shot. I would try new cpu hsf to cool the cpu down a bit seems like a heat problem to me..But im just educated guessing ..It still could be...

Nope! Should work fine really.If its special ram you may have to set it manually but in most cases it should work at sefault..

Yes you have to separate the networks with ip addresses .
