So what if I run ixi_your_face's build but with the 780 3 gb?

I did notice the major differences in build with each is RAM which I understand why each chose the differences. But what I also wanted to know is I saw someone chose the 780 3 gb and someone chose the 70 4gb. Would like to know the advantages of each since they look like a $200 difference.

The $1,500 is just solely for the tower.
