It should say on the spec sheet as upto 128gb memory which means they can support 4gb and they can also support 128gb. If they have listed it as supported it should work. But mixing ram sticks is not advised as it may lead to more BSOD or crashes.

The speed in Smart Fan function in Bios is already set at Full Speed. Also one strange thing is that on Corsair's website its mentioned as 1650rpm whereas on the front of the box its 1500rpm and on the back its mentioned as 1550rpm.
