Is it possible for this to actually be a CPU issue? Ive tried multiple boards but only attempted 1 CPU.

I incrementally upped both by 0.200V - no difference. Again im clueless when it comes to safe voltages. I dont want to do any damage.

I have tried increasing the ram voltage with no success... I don't typically do things manually - i normally use auto overclocking tools for cpu ect so i dont realy know what values are safe for ram. It was running at 1.190 and i upped it to 1.400 which seems a little high? either way it still...

Its 2 packs of 2x8GB. Identical - both purchased from the same seller on amazon. I had no issues with them on my old strix x399 Mobo
