I have an 850w 80 Plus Platinum power supply, the peak regulator is 2200VA/1100W. Do you think I should buy a better UPS?

I have a computer that is protected with an AVR2200 regulator, I had a power outage and when the power came back on the computer booted normally. However I was wondering if there is a way to check if all the components are in good shape or should I check something to be extra cautious?
