Hello i try to changing my psu but all wires all black and the connector its not the same ! I connect the other fan but not spinning! Fan is corsair sp140 ! Im without pc now! Im waiting for an answer please help

I have 1 Big Front 2 Up at the downside of radiator and the air go out from up 1 At back of tower and 2 Rear side and i will put 2 more at rear and maybe 2 more at radiator for more cooling... and im thinkng 1 more at downside of tower near at psu

i take one fan from the rear and i put it at back!!
