Im player that prefer FPS > Quality. I like Escape from Tarkov and without quality, its hard to know where enemies are and its hard to see. Settings in EFT are "High". Because its same as "Low" or "Medium". Game isnt very well optimized. I need to test that to see, but I suppose my CPU is like...

Hello, As you said little informations about it, maybe fast fix would be to download program: UnHackMe (v. 11.40.0.940). I personally used it once when I had malware and It did a great job.
