if you're using that AIO, considering you're asking like this, i recommend that you get someone that's experienced in builing pcs to re-install your cooler, there's something wrong in there.
gpu temps are fine, 72°c max, i have an evga 430w psu could it be the problem? i played on this rig for a long time and this problem only appeared lately.
I'm having this problem where my pc freezes for a sec (only display sound works fine) then it goes black for a fraction of a second then it goes back to work like normal, it could be really annoying, and this is what it displays in event viewer gpu usage also spike to 100% as shown in msi...
check if your motherboard supports smart fan control, if you can hear your fans speed up and slow down in your daily use that's a good sign, and if your mobo does support smart fan control then there could be some kind of mistake in speedfan or maybe that app is just not for your pc.
