I had the problem of black screen after login- only cursor-ctrl,alt,det show the various options. Mac book pro 13" normal upgraded to yosmite - bootcamp win 8.1. The solution: Press ctrl,alt del- from the menu ,select task manager- file-run type explorer.exe,the normal window appears.
