I recently set my ddr4 ram to 2933mhz. At first the mobo established a voltage of 1.35v, but I tried lowering it to 1.25 and the system boots fine. I have not performed a memtest yet. Is what I did a bad practice?

My friend has intel integrated graphics, and, everytime he goes fullscreen in games like GW2 and LoL, his screen flickers. He tried updating his drivers but the problem still persists.

I have a asrock ab350m pro4 and I am missing only one standoff; this is the standoff layout I currently have installed: 0 X 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 = standoff X = no standoff Should I be ok with a missind standoff or should I wait to get one?
