Do i just download a version below it and update like normal ? or do i have to do something before installing this previous version update

I updated it from a version that was released in 2017 to the newest driver 7A39v2P3, and yes i've performed a clear CMOS after checking my BIOS new version in the BIOS Settings

My ram wasnt supported by the motherboard

None of them worked for me , It says 8GB for the installed RAM on Properties and BIOS

So,i use Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit , and i got myself a 8GB DDR4 RAM , but it says only 3.95 avaible,i've been trying to fix this my using msconfig and it doesn't help my problem a bit , so what do i need to do ? Or should i get another set of ram ?
