whoops i didn't mean to down vote, and it does not matter what i download, everything would download slowly.

I have fully factory reset the whole PC and now my ping is good in games, i can watch YouTube and surf the internet but a problem i'm having now is that when i download something it downloads it at a speed of 2 MB/s max, where before i used to get 8 -10 average and sometimes even more.

This has started about a week ago where I have just been trying to fix this and I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do, I used to get very good stable ping that would get me 30-40 ms/ping and would not lag at all, it would be perfect, but now I have to deal deal with ping that's very...
