Well, I ended up going for 7800x3d (more power efficient than the 9800x3d so in my estimation the difference in cost is more substantial than the buying price may seem), ASUS B650e-F and 4070ti Super. I'll go with FF7Rebirth as the maiden game for this rig :D

Ok, I've boiled it down to three cards, and the difference in price is not very meaningful between the three, so with price out of the picture, would you go for 4070ti Super Gigabyte WF3 , a 5070ti ASUS Prime, or 9070xt Asus TUF? My only concern with the 5070 is all the bad rep i hear about it...
