I am building a PC and I was wondering if I should plug my fans into the motherboard or into the case? The case has a fan controller and a fan hub on it so I'm not sure.

I have had this laptop for 2 years and today it started to act really weird. Whenever it is moved or bumped at all it shuts off and restarts. This happens every time I try to use it. Please help me and tell me what I can do or what is wrong with it. Also, where could I take it to get it fixed.
