I am using the VGA driver from the motherboard, but I’ve already tried installing it from the AMD website. It seems like both options result in the same issue. Really!? I didn't know that you can disable it from BIOS I've already done that, but the issue still persists.

Update 9/21/2024: I have finished reinstalling the OS to Ubuntu. The issue still persists, but I think it may be related to a driver problem.
