my motherboard is a S1200BTL with an xeon E3-1220V2. the mobo has 1 pci-e slot x16 and 3 pci-e x4 slots. the x16 is running in x8 mode because of the x4 lanes and the configs my cpu can support. if i disable 2 of the x4 slots, will my x8 slot run in x16 automatically?

i have windows 10 on a server but can't find the drivers for an older Intel server motherboard. what do i do now? The board is an Intel PBA-E98681 with an intel xeon e3-1220v2. any good help would be greatly appreciated.
