So change my current CPU to an i3-6100 or keep what i've got and overclock it?

My Current PC Specs are - Intel Core i5-3470k 3.2GHz 3.60GHz Turbo GTX 760 Twin Frozr 2GB OC Edition Gigabyte Z77-D3H Motherboard 2x8 GB RAM 500W PSU 2TB HDD

I'm thinking of using a AMD FX 8370 WRAITH Cooler Edition CPU (8 Core, AM3+, Clock 4 GHz, Turbo 4.3 GHz, 8 MB L3 Cache, 125 W) instead of the current CPU, and would a GTX 980TI be any good?

Would it be better to get a new GPU or get another GTX 760 Ti Twin Frozr 2GB OC Edition and SLI it? Please Help
