No, i just downloaded the latest drivers for GTX1070 while having the old GTX 950 driver. Thinking that it would overwrite it?

When on idle, CPU Usage: 3-7% RAM Usage: 22%. When opening up chrome it take quite long and seems laggy, so i monitored the cpu usage. When opening chrome, it spiked up to 60% then slowly dropped back down to about 12%

My RAM Usage is only at 6GB (75%) in game maximum though? And its also slugglish even when i am not gaming...

I already have 8GB of DDR4 RAM which should be plenty. And currently running on a Samsung 850 EVO 256GB at 450 read and write speeds. So I don't think thats the problem. What about the fps spikes, what might be the cause of that? Could all these be caused by software virus?
