Someone on a different platform said the same thing. Gpu fans are fine as i turned them to max and the whining was only muffled by the obnoxious volume of the gpu fans. I also made sure nothing is touching the fans while cabling.

As of now, i have tried undervolting, but that did not resolve the issue, it would still make the terrible noise under load. tested with a 1650 and it worked completely fine, no whine.

Hi, I haven't gotten the 4060 yet, i just mentioned that i am planning to buy it, sorry for the confusion. I'll try your method of probing for the sound. The old psu is the Allied A550 PS, not sure exactly how old it is as i got it as a refurbished prebuilt from Kogan.com
