I don't know how or why this happened, but I fixed it by my modem, just moved it to see the back, and then replaced it, and it was fixed :)

I don't know, but I don't think it matters, wether it's megabytes or megabits, it was 7-8 and now its 2-3

I have a 20Mbps download / 10Mbps upload connexion on speedtest.net, this is the same now as it was before the PC reset, but the speeds I get on steam, microsoft store or other game launchers are much slower than before, I had 6 to 7 Mbps download speed before, now I only get 2 to 2.8 speed...
