After a bit of gaming and testing, my games are running even better than before the upgrade. Seems reinstalling Windows was the key and lowering the voltage of my RAM isn't causing any issues yet. Thanks for the help.

I've reset Windows and things already feel a lot smoother. I'll see how games feel and if framerate handles alright. I'm running triple channel RAM so I'm not incredibly concerned about the lowered speed. I'll post once more after trying out all my games to see if resetting Windows fixed my issue.

I was not aware. For the moment I've lowered the speed and voltage on my RAM and I'll see how it handles. If it's still quick and remains stable I'll run the rug as is and see how it goes. If it has problems I'll buy new parts.
