Assuming equal optimization (I don't know), it seems Nvidia is better at raytracing@1440p for the $, and AMD is better at rasterization @1440p for the $. Raytracing really seems to be game dependent, but I expect it will look better and better, and I'm suspicious of AMD anyway...
