Did I correctly understand that the frequency listed on the internet shop for my RAM represents the frequency I will achieve with XMP or other overclocking methods, while the actual stable frequency is lower?

i don't use it because it causes blue screen which windows can't handle and can't boot into windows if i don't turn it off

Also, I have a general question: Do you know why the RAM runs at 2400MHz, while the default speed for the kit is 3200?

the problem i displayed in screens can't be from gpu because it was the same all time
