I haven't had time to do any of that yet but I did disable turbo core and quite and cool like people where suggesting. I haven't had time to test it yet though. and I wasn't able to locate where you change vcore settings ? but I think I did see it was set to default at 1.160v.

Thanks for your reply. I understand what your saying mostly I'm just unsure how to actually go about changing and testing the changed settings and stuff. I don't know if I would know enough about what I'm doing to not melt my cpu or something. lol
