Bought a Antec VP550 because it is manufactured by Delta Electronics. Running great with GTX960

I undervolted the CPU from BIOS to 1.388v and now the CPU goes to 65 degrees Celsius at full load at 4.2Ghz

I overclocked my FX-4100 on asus m5a78l-m lx v2 mobo to 4.1Ghz so the temp was hitting 82 Celsius. So I undervolted the cpu which was hitting around 1.4-1.5 volts to 1.38v. The temp came down to 60 Celsius which is pretty good and the cpu is super stable, no BSOD after 40 hours of gaming. But...

I can't seem to understand that why does the 12v port burns on load, is psu is not enough or becuase it doesnt have over current protection or the power of my home or both? Maybe on high load the power creates more heat than it should during summers?

I want to mention that my psu has two 12v rails but the label doesn't say so, does it mean they are from the same source but the amps are divided between the rails?
