So I was able to gain 10-20 fps by dropping the voltage on the gpu by -30... live and learn?

So I've been reading reviews and watching youtube videos of people who have older gpu's than me and are getting 50+ more fps than I am.. I get between 10-20 FPS regardless of the game settings in Battlefield 1.. I can't figure it out. My stats: http://valid.x86.fr/1defw3
