[SOLVED] Is this part of the motherboard removable?

I dropped a screw in there and i'm afraid of turning on the pc. I tried shaking the pc but the screw doesn't move. I'm 99% sure its in there. Is there a way to remove it temporarily? MB: Z390 Aorus Pro View: https://imgur.com/gallery/35DzQIl Thanks in advance.

    [SOLVED] i7 9700k extreme overheat

    [SOLVED] i7 9700k extreme overheat

I rotated it 90 degrees, and it actually helped a little bit. Now i only hit 74 degrees celsius with turbo on. I still think it should be lower though. One of the cores is always getting hotter than the rest. I'm not sure if i can optimize something in bios?

    [SOLVED] i7 9700k extreme overheat

But isn't it odd that it still gets that hot, considering that i removed the panel and it is on stock clock settings? I mean after i removed the panel there should be more than enough airflow.
