if its just between those two, then Seasonic takes the cake. but both of those models you mentioned are pretty old, and i believe the m12ii is going to be discontinued very soon. i mean if it were me i;d go with one of seasonics newer line ups like the focus plus or evga g2 or g3

do you have a spare vid card you can test it out with? maybe borrow a friends known working gpu, stick it into your rig and launch cod4 and see if it crashes.

does the fan turn when you are gaming? could be a bad fan and the psu shutsoff from overheating.

honestly, i think it would be a good idea for you invest a little more than just $12 euros...if it shorts, it might take out the rest of your pc... and get a brand new one if i was you, not only will you get better quality and reliability, but you also have peace of mind with warranties too...

they're all good brands...but correct me if i'm wrong, but doesnt seasonic oem for both evga and corsair?
