yes, you could connect it one of 2 ways. you could use a 3.5mm to RCA connector, and connect to the RCA Aux input on the back, or you could go 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and connect to the mp3 input on front.

You would want to make sure you had a place to mount it, a power supply connection to give it power (if not then a splitter to go from your other hdd), and then you'd need a SATA cable and a free SATA slot on your motherboard.
