Sir I have bought a laptop hp ay-003 tx. I was installing a PLC software "Simatic Step S7". It was saying it requires a windows 7 OS. But my laptop has original windows 10. So can you tell me how to solve this ?

So if I opt for a laptop with i5 6th gen,4gb ddr4 ram,1tb hdd,940m NVIDIA gpu can specify a laptop under Rupees 50000 in Indian currency?.
