how about a gtx 650 ti?

If a gt 640 wont cut it, which would you suggest for arkham city, black ops 2 and crysis (1/2/3)?

I am going to get the GT 640 DDR3 2gb and I was wondering with an i3, will games like call of duty black ops 2 or batman arkham city and crysis (1,2,3 or which do you suggest will work) will run on that gfx card?

FORGOT TO MENTION THE BUDGET-500 USD Oh, and also wont the i5 you suggeted have integrated gfx. I know the possibility of adding gfx card and plugging onitor int port of gfx card, but, a) i5 is so expensive and b) if any combination would help me keep my budget of around 500 usd.
