I almost found a solution to the problem, as I wrote above I have a motherboard from ASUS, and I had downloaded their Armoury Crate application, which for some strange reason turned out to be the cause of the problem, as I deleted it and the FPS DROP disappeared. And thank you for your response.

I recently had this problem while playing games, the game was running smoothly but suddenly there is an FPS drop for about three seconds then it goes back to normal, then after a minute or two the problem comes back again. I tried to do a benchmark to see if there was a problem with the PC but...
